• Cube Repairs works to the highest standards of work and ethics, however there is a element of risk attached with the type of work that Cube Repairs undertakes for you. Problems can arise which are beyond Cube Repairs control and in such circumstances Cube Repairs will only be accountable should the problem have arose due to negligence.

• Customer goods whilst in our possession that are broken due to Cube Repairs negligence will be repaired, or replaced with an item of equal specification and value or, if this is not possible, with compensation to the value of the item.

• Customer goods whilst in our possession that are lost or stolen will be replaced with an item of equal specification and value or, if this is not possible, with compensation to the value of the item.

• Cube Repairs STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THAT BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF ANY WORK YOU BACKUP DATA THAT IS DEEMED REQUIRED TO AN EXTERNAL DEVICE (E.G EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE). We can offer a backup service, please advise us if this will be necessary, pricing available here

• A hard copy of 'Cube Repairs Home User Terms And Conditions Of Service Agreement' is given to all customers before commencement of any work.

• NOTHING STATED WITHIN 'Cube Repairs HOME USER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT' WILL AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.
